  • Proof of Sibling (Wherever applicable )
  • Photocopy of last year’s result of sibling
  • Proof of Alumnus (Attested photo copy of school leaving certificate )
  • Immunisation record (only in case of Montessori)
  • Name change proof in case of name change of mother (Wherever applicable )
  • Marriage certificate of parents/custody certificate
  • Caste certificate (if applicable)
